phpark18 targets same-day processing for GCash withdrawals submitted by verified members. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
phpark18 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the last three months, and a selfie with the ID. phpark18 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
